Copyright Policy

In order to promote and guarantee maximum dissemination of the scholarly work being produced through the platform of NJIPS and to maximize its impact, the copyrights are shared between NJIPS and the Author(s). This entails that despite the transfer of the copyright to NJIPS, the authors retain significant rights to use and share their own published articles and also have the right to self-archiving. However, if the author intends to present the article submitted to or published by NJIPS at any academic forum, the author is bound to seek NJIPS authorization prior to proceeding with it. Also, the author should inform the editorial board – at the time of submission – if the manuscript has already been presented at any platform or has been extracted from any other academic work such as thesis.
